The Committee on Fuel and Energy Complex, Nuclear Policy and Nuclear Safety upholds the Bill on Amendments to the Law "On Compulsory State Pension Insurance" (re Payment of Insurance Fees by the Mining Enterprises)

The Bill (Reg. No.2001) introduces supplements to the effective Law, pursuant to which, "in 2008, mining enterprises are to pay insurance fees for the relevant basic accounting period within 28 calendar days since the end of the period".

The Committee deems necessary to extend the period of payment of insurance fees for the relevant basic accounting period within 28 calendar days since the end of the period onto Year 2008.
